Lil' Kim - Black Friday (Nicki Minaj & Drake Diss)

After listening to "clap clap" by Lil Kim I'm really starting to wonder who will win this rap beef. I truly believe that Nicki Minaj is today's Lil Kim. No one has done what Kim has and she will always be remembered for that. On the other hand Nikki has talent and she adds just a little more than what Kim brought to the table in the late 90's and into the new millenium. While I like both artist Lil Kim had slowed all the way down after her 2005 album "The Naked Truth," the "download" song she released last year was complete garbage in my opinion. Nicki Minaj has admitted that Lil Kim and other artist have paved the way for her. It seems as if Lil Kim would be happy that someone is giving her props and at the same time using the style that she created and adding on to it. It will be interesting to hear the response from Nicki. I will keep my ears open for this one. Stay tuned!
